MCHC is a whole bone extract largely composed of an organic mineral-protein, collagen and the inorganic mineral- hydroxy apatite together with a broad range of trace minerals.
Collagen Around 30% of bone is composed of organic mineral of which 90-95% is collagen and the rest being non-collage us protein. Collagen is a fibrous protein, which provides bone strength and flexibility.
Hydroxy apatite MCHC contains more than 50% Hydroxy-apatite. Hydroxy-apatite is a combination of Calcium and Phosphorus bond together in a physiological ratio 2:1 in a special matrix structure.
